To strengthen our Group Finance team in Bubikon, Switzerland, we are looking for a talented professional to join us as soon as possible or by mutual agreement:
 
Financial Senior Associate 80  - 100% 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models across business units to support forecasting, scenario analysis, long-term planning and strategic decision-making;
  • Support the evaluation of organic growth initiatives and acquisition targets, including business case analysis, valuation and Due Diligence support;
  • Prepare financial analyses, presentations and reporting materials for investors, management and the Board;
  • Support investor Q&A processes and ad hoc information requests;
  • Analyze and report business performance, key financial drivers, profitability and operational KPIs;
  • Support the CFO on strategic initiatives, financing-related topics and other ad hoc analyses as required.
Qualifications & Experience
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance or a similar analytical role;
  • Strong financial modelling and Excel skills;
  • Experience analyzing industrial, manufacturing or technology businesses is a plus;
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and commercial awareness;
  • Self-driven and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
